Responsibilities
- Oversee federal healthcare program implementation and compliance
- Manage budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous fiscal oversight
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships for veteran services
- Develop and execute strategic program improvement initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare federal reports
- Lead teams of 10+ federal employees and contractors
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (VA, OMB, GAO)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- GS-11 level status or equivalent (GS-12 preferred)
- Expertise in federal grant administration and compliance
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Advanced knowledge of VA healthcare systems
- Master's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Proven crisis management experience
