Responsibilities
- Manage complex defense acquisition programs from inception to completion
- Coordinate with federal agencies, contractors, and military personnel
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DoD regulations
- Develop and monitor program budgets exceeding $5M
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Prepare detailed progress reports for congressional oversight
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for critical infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal clearance)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- DoD acquisition certification (DAWIA or equivalent)
- Proven track record with NAVSEA or NAVFAC projects
- Expertise in Microsoft Project and federal financial systems
- Ability to obtain NACI clearance within 30 days
