Responsibilities
- Oversee $5M+ federal grant programs and compliance frameworks
- Lead cross-agency task forces for emergency response coordination
- Develop and implement strategic security protocols for metropolitan Boston
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare executive-level reports to Congress
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure regulatory adherence
- Coordinate with state/local officials during crisis situations

Qualifications
- 5+ years federal program management experience (GS-11+ equivalent)
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Master's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Proven track record with OMB Circular A-123 compliance
- Experience with FEMA/NIMS protocols preferred
- Strong analytical and report-writing capabilities
