Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute federal healthcare programs across Oregon and Washington
- Develop strategic implementation plans for $5M+ annual grant portfolios
- Collaborate with congressional offices on policy recommendations
- Analyze program metrics and prepare quarterly impact reports for Senate subcommittees
- Manage stakeholder relationships with 50+ community health organizations
- Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Present program outcomes to HHS leadership annually
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expertise in federal grant management and compliance
- Proficient with GSA Advantage and SAM.gov procurement systems
- Experience testifying before congressional oversight committees
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Knowledge of CMS and HRSA regulations
