Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program strategies aligned with Treasury objectives
- Analyze financial data and regulatory compliance for program effectiveness
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives and stakeholder communications
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional briefings and executive leadership
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous oversight protocols
- Lead process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure adherence to federal procurement and grant management standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- GS-11 level or equivalent federal service knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in federal budgeting and reporting systems
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Expertise in federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, CFR)
