Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program policies and procedures
- Analyze complex data to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve agency objectives
- Monitor program performance metrics and prepare compliance reports

- Ensure adherence to federal regulations and GSA guidelines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal government or public sector experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX, GAINS)
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
