Responsibilities
- Analyze immigration policy impacts and recommend operational adjustments
- Coordinate inter-agency communications with federal/local partnersManage grant funding for border security initiatives
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Lead cross-functional task forces for crisis response
- Develop training programs for field personnel
- Monitor compliance with federal regulations (DHS, OMB, GAO)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 3+ years federal/local government experience
- Active Secret Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of immigration law and procedures
- Project management certification (PMP preferred)
- Spanish language fluency required
- Experience with data analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI)
