Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program initiatives supporting veteran healthcare services
- Analyze complex regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with federal guidelines

- Prepare detailed reports and data analyses for senior leadership review
- Manage grant allocations and budgetary resources for assigned programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management and budgeting systems
- Knowledge of VA regulations and veteran service programs
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Citizenship status as required for federal employment
