Responsibilities
- Develop and execute federal healthcare programs in compliance with HHS regulations and OMB guidelines
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare comprehensive reports for congressional stakeholders
- Collaborate with state agencies and community partners to ensure program alignment
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with rigorous financial oversight protocols
- Conduct site evaluations and program audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Represent the agency at intergovernmental meetings and public forums
- Mentor junior staff on federal compliance requirements and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, or R)
- Experience with GSA schedules and federal grant management
- Strong written communication skills for policy documentation
- US citizenship and ability to pass background investigation
