Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal healthcare programs across Ohio and North Carolina regions
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend evidence-based solutions for public health challenges
- Collaborate with state/local agencies to ensure program compliance and effectiveness
- Manage grant allocations and reporting for healthcare infrastructure projects
- Conduct site visits and community outreach to assess program needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of HHS regulations and grant management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in federal reporting systems (e.g., MAX, Grants.gov)
- Experience with cross-state program coordination
