Responsibilities
- Manage federal compliance programs ensuring adherence to DHS regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal government or contractor experience
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems
- Strong analytical and report writing capabilities
- Experience with DHS or similar agency protocols
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Certification in federal program management (preferred)
