Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs ensuring compliance with OMB and agency regulations
- Coordinate inter-agency initiatives with state/local partners across Tennessee
- Develop policy briefs and implementation reports for congressional stakeholders
- Analyze program metrics to optimize veteran service delivery outcomes
- Lead cross-functional teams on federal regulatory changes
- Conduct site evaluations for grantee performance assessments
- Prepare budget justifications and resource allocation plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in federal grant management systems (e.g., GAINS, SF-424)
- Proficiency with federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced analytical skills with federal reporting requirements
- Experience with VA, DHS, or similar agency workflows
- Strong stakeholder management across government tiers
