Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs supporting veteran reintegration services
- Analyze program data and prepare compliance reports for OMB reviewCoordinate interagency collaborations with state and local partners
- Develop implementation plans for new federal initiatives
- Conduct site visits and quality assurance reviews
- Represent the agency at stakeholder meetings and community events
- Maintain strict adherence to federal procurement regulations (FAR)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., FPDS-NG)
- Knowledge of federal compliance requirements (FISMA, FOIA)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-stakes environments
