Responsibilities
- Develop and implement veteran benefit programs
- Analyze policy compliance and recommend improvements
- Coordinate inter-agency initiatives for veteran services
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional oversight
- Manage grant allocations and performance metrics
- Conduct site visits for program evaluation
- Train staff on federal regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal program experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Proficiency with VA systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Experience with federal grant management
- Knowledge of veteran affairs policies
- Strong analytical writing skills
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
