Responsibilities
- Oversee federal grant program compliance and reporting across 15 Florida counties
- Coordinate with state/local agencies to implement federal healthcare initiatives
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend actionable solutions to senior leadership
- Manage stakeholder relationships with congressional offices and community partners
- Develop program evaluation frameworks using federal performance metrics
- Prepare congressional briefings and executive-level presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of federal/state/local government program experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Advanced knowledge of CFR Title 45 and Florida Statutes Chapter 402
- Proficient in Gantt chart development and federal budget tracking tools
- Exceptional written communication with 2+ policy brief samples required
