Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program initiatives aligned with VA mission objectives
- Analyze complex veteran benefit systems and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program compliance with federal regulations
- Manage stakeholder relationships including veterans, advocacy groups, and congressional offices
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership review
- Oversee program budgets and ensure fiscal accountability

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
