Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program initiatives aligned with VA strategic goals
- Analyze veteran data to identify service gaps and recommend improvementsCoordinate cross-agency partnerships to enhance veteran services delivery
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for congressional stakeholders
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Lead community outreach events to increase veteran engagement
- Mentor junior staff on federal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with veteran service organizations preferred
- Knowledge of VA regulations and policies (38 CFR)
