Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal healthcare program initiatives across Texas districts
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare compliance reports for congressional review
- Coordinate with state/local agencies to ensure seamless program execution
- Manage grant allocation processes and monitor expenditure compliance
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Advise on policy modifications based on Texas-specific healthcare needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal/state/local government programs
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare policy frameworks (HIPAA, ACA)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
