Responsibilities
- Oversee $5M+ federal grant portfolios with meticulous compliance tracking
- Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks for state/local partnerships

- Analyze policy impacts and recommend actionable improvements to leadership
- Prepare congressional briefings and high-stakes executive reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal grant management or compliance
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
- Expertise in OMB Circulars and 2 CFR Part 200 regulations
- Advanced proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX)
- Proven track record in intergovernmental collaboration
