Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor federal programs supporting veterans' healthcare and benefits
- Analyze program performance data and prepare compliance reports for federal agencies
- Coordinate with state/local partners and veteran service organizations
- Manage grant applications and ensure adherence to federal regulations
- Develop training materials for staff and stakeholders
- Conduct program evaluations and recommend process improvements
- Represent the agency at community outreach events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA, SAM.gov)
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Experience with veterans' affairs or federal healthcare programs preferred
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
