Responsibilities
- Lead federal program implementation and compliance monitoring across Illinois districts
- Develop data-driven policy recommendations for public health initiatives
- Coordinate interagency collaborations with state and local government partners
- Manage grant allocation and reporting for health equity programs
- Analyze legislative impacts and prepare congressional briefing documents
- Conduct program audits and performance evaluations
- Mentor junior staff on federal regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Expertise in federal grant management and compliance (OMB A-133)
- Proficiency in policy analysis and legislative research
- Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
- Active U.S. security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Experience with federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Proven stakeholder management across government entities
