Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs ensuring compliance with OMB and agency regulations
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend evidence-based program improvements
- Coordinate interagency initiatives for public health emergency response
- Prepare detailed budget reports and financial justifications for congressional review
- Lead stakeholder engagement across federal, state, and tribal partners
- Develop performance metrics and track program outcomes against KPIs
- Maintain confidential data systems in accordance with HIPAA and FISMA standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience with OMB Circulars A-110/A-122
- Expertise in federal grant lifecycle management and compliance
- Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Advanced proficiency in federal budget systems (e.g., MAX)
- Superior analytical skills with data visualization capabilities
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with SAM.gov and FPDS.gov systems
