Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs ensuring compliance with OMB and agency regulations
- Analyze program data and prepare detailed reports for congressional stakeholders
- Coordinate interagency collaborations with state and local health departments
- Develop program evaluation metrics and implement continuous improvement processes
- Represent agency at public health forums and community outreach events
- Oversee budget execution for assigned program portfolios
- Mentor junior staff on federal procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Knowledge of OMB Circulars, A-133, and federal procurement regulations
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
- Experience with federal grant management systems (e.g., GAINS, MAX)
- Valid California driver's license for occasional travel
