Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit programs with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate inter-agency initiatives for healthcare access
- Analyze policy impacts using federal compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior staff on veteran-centered protocols
- Prepare congressional reports and budgetary documents
- Lead cross-functional process improvement projects
- Ensure ADA and HIPAA compliance across all operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in GSA Advantage procurement systems
- Familiarity with VA regulations (38 CFR Part 17)
- Advanced Excel and SharePoint skills
- VA Form 10-2850 application experience
