Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program policies affecting veteran services in Northern California
- Analyze complex regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with federal mandates
- Coordinate interagency collaborations to optimize service delivery for veterans
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership review
- Manage grant allocations and budget execution for regional programs
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with veteran service organizations
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal employment)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of program management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with grant management and federal reporting requirements
