Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs ensuring compliance with OMB and agency regulations
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare comprehensive reports for congressional oversight
- Coordinate interagency initiatives to improve veteran service delivery
- Develop and implement performance metrics for program evaluation
- Conduct stakeholder outreach with veteran service organizations
- Lead cross-functional teams on special projects
- Prepare budgets and financial justifications for congressional approval
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
- Knowledge of OMB Circulars and federal procurement regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
