Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in federal program administration or veteran services.
- Expertise in federal procurement, grants management, and OMB Circular compliance.
- Proficiency with federal reporting systems (e.g., MAX, VISTA).
- Active U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
