Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program data and prepare comprehensive reports for policy development

- Review and process complex benefit applications ensuring compliance with federal regulations

- Train staff on procedural updates and compliance requirements
- Monitor program performance metrics and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal program management or administration
- Proficiency with federal regulatory frameworks (FAR, CFR)
- Advanced analytical skills with data interpretation and report writing
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience with federal procurement processes (preferred)
