Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee federal grant programs ensuring compliance with DHS regulations
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare comprehensive reports for congressional stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal government program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GAINS, MAX)
- Expertise in homeland security policy frameworks and regulations
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision making capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
