Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement federal policy initiatives across program areas
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare detailed reports for Congressional stakeholders and agency leadership
- Manage program budgets exceeding $1M with precision
- Lead virtual stakeholder engagement sessions with public/private partners
- Develop training materials for nationwide program rollout
- Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal government or equivalent experience
- GS-12 level salary history or demonstrable expertise
- Proficiency in federal procurement and grant management systems
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
