Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal programs supporting veterans' healthcare services
- Analyze data to optimize program effectiveness and compliance with federal regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage grant applications and compliance monitoring for federal initiatives
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of program operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal program management or administration
- Proficiency in federal compliance regulations (e.g., 2 CFR 200)
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
