Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program initiatives supporting veteran services
- Analyze complex policy requirements and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships and stakeholder communications
- Prepare detailed program reports and performance metrics for leadership
- Manage grant allocations and budget tracking for assigned programs
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Mentor junior staff and conduct program training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Proficiency with federal procurement systems (e.g., FPDS-NG)
- Valid U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Advanced knowledge of OMB Circulars and federal grant management
- Experience with Veterans Affairs programs preferred
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, Tableau)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
