Responsibilities
- Manage and process federal program applications and benefits claims with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct compliance reviews to ensure adherence to federal regulations, agency policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Prepare and analyze statistical reports for federal stakeholders and management to support decision-making.
- Communicate complex policy information to applicants, contractors, and internal staff clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery for federal clients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive federal data, personnel records, and financial information.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members regarding federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in government).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in federal, state, or local government administration or compliance.
- Strong understanding of federal compliance standards, OMB circulars, and agency-specific regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear procedures and correspondence.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and federal case management software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
