Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client agency and internal project teams.
- Prepare and submit detailed performance reports and financial status updates to federal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with remote team members to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Identify potential risks in contract performance and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct compliance audits and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contract management or related fields.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
