Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols and surveillance of federal facilities during night hours
- Monitor access control systems, screening personnel and vehicles for security compliance
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies following federal protocols
- Prepare detailed security reports and maintain accurate documentation of activities
- Operate advanced security systems including CCTV, alarms, and communication equipment
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Enforce federal security regulations and provide guidance to facility occupants
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in security technology systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
