Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal mandate)
- Valid Nebraska Security Guard license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficient in CCTV monitoring and alarm systems
- Must be available for rotating night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
