Responsibilities
- Conduct foot patrols and CCTV surveillance of federal facilities during night hours
- Monitor access control points and verify credentials of personnel and visitors
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies following federal protocols
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Operate security systems including alarms, metal detectors, and X-ray equipment
- Provide emergency response support including first aid and CPR
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance eligibility
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Successful completion of federal background investigation
- Physical fitness to meet federal security standards
- Proficiency in security systems and emergency response protocols
