Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance and patrols of federal facilities
- Operate advanced security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)
- Screen personnel and vehicles using X-ray and magnetometer equipment
- Respond to security breaches and emergency incidents per protocol
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations
- Conduct anti-terrorism measures and force protection exercises
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain DHS Suitability Determination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Completion of Federal Protective Officer certification
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
