Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly surveillance and patrols of federal facilities using advanced monitoring systems
- Enforce access control protocols and verify credentials for personnel/visitors
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement agencies
- Prepare detailed daily activity reports and security breach documentation
- Operate detection equipment (X-ray, metal detectors) and screening technologies
- Conduct emergency response drills and threat assessments
- Maintain strict compliance with federal security regulations (DHS/CBP standards)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Proficient in surveillance technology and access control systems
- Strong communication skills and crisis management abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass federal background investigation and polygraph
- Basic first aid/CPR certification required
