Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols and access control at federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidentsScreen personnel and packages for security compliance
- Prepare detailed incident and activity reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Maintain strict adherence to federal security protocols
- Operate security equipment including CCTV and metal detectors
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Valid New York State Security Guard license
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
