Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols and surveillance of federal facilities during weekend shifts
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts with appropriate protocols
- Screen visitors and personnel using federal identification systems
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Maintain access control points and enforce security regulations
- Participate in mandatory security training and certification programs
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance eligibility
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in security technology systems (CCTV, access control)
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Successful completion of federal background investigation
