Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments and risk analyses for federal facilities
- Develop and implement advanced security protocols and emergency response plans
- Collaborate with federal agencies (FBI, TSA, USMS) on joint security operations
- Manage security systems including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection
- Lead personnel training on security protocols and threat mitigation
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed compliance reports
- Ensure adherence to DHS and federal security regulations (CFR 36, FIPS 199)
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in federal or corporate security
- Certification in ASIS CPP (Certified Protection Professional)
- Expert knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 security controls
- Advanced proficiency in security technology systems
- Strong analytical skills and threat assessment expertise
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance
