Responsibilities
- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for federal facilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and emergency response plans
- Manage access control systems and conduct security audits

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in physical security or law enforcement
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent credential preferred
- Proficiency in security management software and surveillance systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
