Responsibilities
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses at federal facilities in Maricopa County
- Develop and implement security protocols aligned with DHS and FISMA standards
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and federal partners for threat mitigation
- Manage access control systems and surveillance infrastructure
- Prepare detailed security incident reports and recommend corrective actions
- Train personnel on security procedures and emergency response protocols

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- 3+ years of physical security or law enforcement experience
- Familiarity with federal security standards (NIST SP 800-53, FIPS 199)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies
