Responsibilities
- Conduct security assessments of federal facilities and critical infrastructure
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Enforce federal security protocols and access control procedures
- Prepare detailed security reports and incident documentation
- Train federal personnel on security best practices
- Conduct vulnerability analyses and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top Secret)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in security/law enforcement
- Proficient in security systems (CCTV, access control)
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
