Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal, state, or corporate security
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Certification in Physical Security (CPP) or Homeland Security (CHS)
- Proficiency in security management software (e.g., Genetec, Lenel)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies
