Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance monitoring of federal facilities using advanced security systems
- Enforce access control protocols and verify credentials for all personnel/visitors
- Respond to security incidents with coordinated emergency protocols
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain digital security logs
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Conduct regular patrols and vulnerability assessments of assigned perimeters
- Operate specialized security equipment including CCTV, biometric scanners, and communication devices
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in security software and surveillance technology
- Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Ability to pass federal background check and physical fitness assessment
- Spanish language proficiency highly preferred for Miami operations
