Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly patrols and surveillance of federal facilities using advanced monitoring systems
- Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergency incidents with coordinated protocols
- Operate x-ray scanners, metal detectors, and access control systems for personnel screening
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs in compliance with federal regulations
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during joint operations and investigations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement preventive security measures
- Train junior security personnel on federal security procedures and emergency response
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years of professional security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with CCTV systems, access control software, and alarm monitoring
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure overnight environments
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Flexibility to work rotating holidays and weekends as required
