Responsibilities
- Conduct perimeter surveillance and access control at federal facilities
- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms during overnight hours
- Perform regular patrols and incident documentation
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Enforce federal security protocols and access procedures
- Maintain detailed incident and activity reports
- Operate advanced security technology (CCTV, biometric scanners)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum of 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Florida Security Officer License (D License)
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
- Proficient in security technology systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Emergency response certification preferred
