Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance and patrols of federal property
- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms/incidents
- Screen personnel and vehicles at access control points
- Enforce federal security protocols and emergency procedures
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security assessments
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies
- Maintain accurate logs and security documentation
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and overtime
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in CCTV systems and access control technology
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Successful completion of federal background investigation
